This page describes the data we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It is deliberately short, because we collect very little.

What we collect

Three forms, and nothing else.

• Listing request: organization name, sector, description, country, website, and your professional contact details.
• Provider search: a description of your need, a budget range, and your professional contact details.
• Newsletter sign-up: your email address and the page you signed up from.

Why

Solely to process your request and respond to you. Data submitted through the forms reaches us by email. It is never resold, transferred, or used for advertising purposes.

In the case of a provider search, we only pass your contact details on to a listed organization with your explicit, prior consent.

How long

Requests are kept for as long as needed to process them, then archived for a maximum of three years from the last exchange. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Audience measurement and trackers

The site does not set any advertising cookies and does not use any third-party tracker for profiling purposes. The site does not currently use any audience measurement tool. If one is introduced, this policy will be updated and your consent requested where required.

Fonts are loaded from a third-party service, which involves transmitting your IP address to that service when pages load.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, deletion or portability of your data, and object to its processing. A single address for all of this: contact@themiddleeast.cloud. We respond within thirty days.

Data controller

The data controller is the publisher of the site, as identified in the legal notice, reachable at contact@themiddleeast.cloud.
